Is this HIPAA compliant?
Every VA is trained on HIPAA awareness and signs a confidentiality agreement. VAs never access PHI, your EMR, or billing systems unless a Business Associate Agreement is signed first.
Will they work our hours?
Yes. Peru runs on UTC-5 year-round, which lines up with US Eastern and Central business hours. Shifts are set around your clinic.
How good is their English?
Every candidate is screened for English before training, and sales reps get ongoing communication coaching. You interview them yourself before anyone starts.
What if they're not a fit?
We replace them at no cost in the first 14 days, and keep supporting replacements after that.
Can I hire my VA directly?
Yes, with a buyout equal to five months of that VA's monthly rate. It covers the recruiting and training investment.
